The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed that Golden Globe nominee Ewan McGregor has joined the cast of August: Osage County as Bill Fondham, the husband to Julia Roberts’ character, Barbara and son-in-law of Meryl’s character, Violet.
McGregor is known for his roles in Trainspotting, Star Wars Prequel Trilogy, Moulin Rouge, Black Hawk Down and The Ghost Writer.
Filming starts on September 24 in Oklahoma.
